Yenelsi Estevez is the Director of Occupancy and has been with MRG for eight years. She is responsible for overseeing the Compliance Department. Yenelsi oversees rental of all units, submits vouchers, special claims, and collections for past tenants.
Prior to joining MRG she spent eight years at Wingate/Rush Management Company. Yenelsi is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and is Tax Credit Certified (LIHTC).
