The Inwood Robin Houses are located in Upper Manhattan. Together the two buildings house 95 units of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments on five floors. Both buildings feature newly installed double-paned storm windows, 24-hour security systems, laundry rooms and hardwood floors.
Inwood is one of the northern most neighborhoods in Manhattan. Located between the Hudson and Harlem Rivers, this section of Northern Manhattan hosts numerous parks such as Inwood Hill Park, Isham Park and the Baker Field Athletic Complex which is the main area for Columbia University outdoor sports. The area is also in close proximity to the Cloisters, the branch of The Metropolitan Museum of Art dedicated to art and architecture of the European Middle Ages.
The buildings are with-in walking distance of the 1 and C trains.
