We're Seeking A Marketing Intern!

Metropolitan Realty Group is looking for a Marketing Intern to join the team as the main liaison between our PR Consultant and Marketing Consultant to help grow our social media presence & create industry relevant blog posts throughout the Spring and Summer (6 months). We are looking for a social media savvy, career-minded individual with a strong interest in Commercial Real Estate to join our team and make an immediate impact on our marketing efforts! As MRG’s Marketing Intern you will have the opportunity to fine-tune your professional social media and brand building experience within the Real Estate Industry.

Job Description

• Identify news-worthy and conversation starting topics within the Real Estate Industry

• Spearhead Marketing Initiatives to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner

• Leverage our monthly Content Calendar to prepare material for Blog Posts and LinkedIn Posts

• Work directly with our team and partners to gather photos, videos, quotes, etc. for social media use

• Work closely with the MRG team, PR Consultant, and Marketing Consultants to bring the Marketing Strategy to life

• Opportunity to copyright blogs and social content with experience

• Be a vital member on the MRG Marketing team and assist in all active campaign execution and future campaign creation

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited university

• Open to all majors: Communications, Marketing, Business Majors are preferred but not required. Ideally looking for a professional individual looking to pursue a career in Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, or Real Estate Development.

• Ability to work 15 hours per week
