From The CEO’s Desk: Happy New Year!

Year after year, I am blown away by the dedication and progress our teams and organization as a whole possess. 2021 has come and gone in a hurry, but everyone’s contributions don’t go unnoticed. Not only did our portfolio grow, but our team as well. It has been a year to remember!

In 2021, we added the Memphis, Tennessee, market-rate building acquisition to our portfolio to help expand our footprint across the United State with the help of our project partner, CLK Properties, and their founder and CEO, Craig Koenigsberg. We also rebranded Park Lake to Horizons and completed numerous renovation projects across hundreds of units in our current portfolio. These brand new kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and common spaces have helped create a beautiful environment for everyone in the building. None of this could have happened without our incredible MRG team, thank you for your hard work this year.

As we tie a bow in 2021, I am thankful to each and every person who contributed to the work we did this year. I am also thankful to all our tenants who trust us as a place to call home. We hope 2022 is another year of growth for our organization and for the good we can do for our community.
