Stephen Gordon joined MRG in 2019 as an Acquisition Specialist, and he is also responsible for all of the purchasing and capital improvement budgeting for all properties within MRG's portfolio, as well as overseeing all construction projects related to capital improvements, working under the Director of Project Management. Prior to joining MRG, Stephen worked as a Project Engineer at Toll Brothers City Living division which specialized in ground-up construction of luxury residential condominium buildings. In addition, he graduated from Penn State with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed NY State E.I.T. He also graduated from NYU Shack's Real Estate Development program where he achieved his master's degree.
