In 2008, Melania joined the MRG family as part of the accounts payable department, quickly gravitating toward the property insurance aspect of the company. In her tenure, she has taken on a variety of critical positions at MRG, including A/P, insurance, violations and HR. In 2012, she began her education in building violations, eventually leading the entire company’s violations division before transitioning to the HR department as an opportunity to learn and flourish within a new region of the company. Now overseeing the HR department, Melania manages payroll, hiring, union relations and a number of day-to-day operations.
She considers MRG a second home, and her job as a place that allows her to make a genuine difference while enjoying the company of her coworkers.
