Lydia got her start in the real estate industry nearly 20 years ago, obtaining her realtor license and gaining the knowledge and on-the-job expertise to work with subsidy rentals, seamlessly navigating the negotiations between renters, buyers, sellers and agencies. She joined MRG in 2010 within accounts payable and insurance compliance, accepting a position 3 years later as the Director of Administration and the Executive Assistant directly to Scott Jaffee. Today, Lydia works hand in hand with Scott as MRG’s company liaison. She is also responsible for handling our vendor insurance compliance, Insurance Portfolio, Property and Liability reporting. Lydia looks forward to her continued growth within the MRG family, and prides herself serving our community and the tenants who reside in our buildings.
