Currently overseeing maintenance and renovations for Metropolitan Realty Group, Ronald has served more than seven years as a Field Supervisor. With 30+ years of experience in the construction industry, Ronald’s people-first approach to the work has seen him rise quickly within our team, working closely with the Senior Operations Manager and Director of Project Management in preparing properties for REAC inspections, renovating apartments across properties and maintaining compliance with all HUD requirements. Recently trained in Getting Ready for REAC during COVID-19 with US Housing Consultants, Ronald continues to build his interests and acumen within affordable housing.
