On behalf of Metropolitan Realty Group (MRG), we would like to thank Joe Noblis for his dedication, professionalism, and genuine caring in his role as a Superintendent with our company for the last 9 years. Throughout the past 9 years, Joe has shown integrity, devotion, and nothing but loyalty toward the vital role he has within our company. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year he has been there to manage any challenge that has arisen on a day-to-day basis. He supervises his staff and covers for them when they are out without any hesitation.

Joe has worked his days off, holidays, and vacations when emergencies arise in his building and throughout countless other sites that needed assistance. He plays a key role with the field staff during numerous inspections including HPD, Bank, DOB, and HUD REAC.

Night and day Joe is always there for us, and we want to greatly thank him and let him know we appreciate his dedication and hard work.
