As part of our commitment to making our affordable housing residences, great places to live, our property management services company is pleased to announce that evolving health conditions and changing regulations have allowed us to resume community activities. We have focused on activities offered to our older residents who have been disproportionately affected by the social restrictions required to keep our communities safe during the worst parts of the pandemic. We are also helping our residents get vaccinated, keeping the community healthy, and allowing us to further accelerate our reopening activities.

At our Renwick Gardens property, in Kips Bay, we are reintroducing 2-3 social activities per week. These activities include safety precautions such as attendance limits, seating restrictions, temperature checks, and mask requirements to ensure the safety of Renwick Gardens residents. Thus far, we have resumed hosting Bingo every Wednesday and senior stretch every Thursday. All participants have enjoyed being out of their apartments, interacting with their neighbors, and winning snacks and prizes.

In addition to offering activities to our residents, we have been working diligently to ensure that our tenants have access to COVID vaccines. On-site social coordinators at many of our properties have assisted residents with scheduling and arranging transportation to vaccination appointments. As the premier property management services company in New York, we are proud to do our part to keep our communities—both inside and outside our properties—healthy and safe.

MRG's property management services team will continue to resume our community activities as health conditions improve and regulations are eased.
